Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

We are looking for an experienced HR qualified with a background in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry to manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Production, QA, QC, R&D;, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, shift schedules, leave, and payroll inputs.
Conduct employee induction and support GMP awareness initiatives.
Handle employee engagement, grievances, performance appraisals, and retention activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and documentation requirements.

Requirements
2–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
Experience in pharmaceutical recruitment, especially QA, QC,



and Production hiring.
Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
Robust attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance.
