We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls regarding product queries, orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure customer satisfaction through skilled and courteous communication.
Requirements
Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; regional languages are an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
Prior experience in customer support or inbound calling is preferred.
Preferred Candidate A proactive, patient, and service-oriented individual who can handle customer queries efficiently and professionally. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
