Job Responsibilities:
Lead the engineering and R&D; team for end-to-end design and development of online UPS systems.
Drive the design and development of single-phase and three-phase online double-conversion UPS products.
Oversee rectifier, inverter, power-stage design, battery charging, battery sizing and protection systems.
Ensure product performance, reliability, safety, and compliance through design validation and testing.
Manage product development activities, including prototyping, design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure smooth product industrialization and technical support.
Manage BOM creation and maintenance in SAP, including engineering changes (ECR/ECN).
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver engineering projects within defined timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
Evaluate emerging technologies in power electronics, solar hybrid inverters, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
