Role & responsibilities
Manage monthly accounting, preparation of financial statements, GST and TDS compliance, advance tax calculations and income tax return filings.
Oversee fund accounting, NAV verification and analysis, including management fee and performance fee verification.
Handle vendor onboarding, contracts, invoices, payments and general vendor management.
Maintain employee trading records, periodic disclosures and compliance with internal trading policies.
Coordinate with fund accountants, trustees, auditors, investors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and effective internal controls.
Handle investor onboarding, redemption processing, investor queries and complaint records.
Coordinate statutory, PPM and cybersecurity audits, including cybersecurity gap assessment and implementation.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 310 years of relevant experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
Experience in AIFs, investment management or fund operations will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and attention to detail.
