Position: Recruitment Executive
Company: ANI Integrated Services
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred

What You’ll Do
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Handle recruitment for Engineering, Construction, EPC, PMC, Civil, Electrical, and other technical profiles.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offers and joining formalities.




Maintain recruitment trackers and work towards timely closure of positions.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
Knowledge of job portals and Boolean search techniques.
A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
