Operate and monitor high-pressure and low-pressure boiler systems.
Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of boilers and auxiliary equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, feedwater systems).
Maintain optimal operating parameters by monitoring gauges, meters, and control systems.
Follow safety and environmental regulations in accordance with boiler codes and company policies.
Diagnose and troubleshoot boiler malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
Maintain detailed logs of operating conditions, maintenance actions, and safety inspections.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards (e.g., IBR, ASME, OSHA).
Assist in boiler start-up and shut-down procedures.
Participate in emergency response situations related to boiler systems.
Sound mechanical and technical aptitude.
Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems for boiler control.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and P&IDs.;
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
