We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Ozone Overseas Consultants, Kochi.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or a related field.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
