Job Brief:

We are looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter for our placement consultancy in Nashik to source, screen, and place candidates across client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using job portals (Indeed, Naukri), social media, and database networking.
Screen CVs, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Line up candidates for client interviews and follow up through the selection process.
Maintain candidate databases and track daily closure metrics.

Requirements:
Graduate in Any Discipline (MBA / BBA in HR preferred).
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or placement consultancy.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
