We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Executive with basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and internet connectivity to handle customer queries, troubleshoot common issues, and provide on-site support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Visit customers' locations to resolve Wi-Fi and internet-related issues.
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Troubleshoot basic internet connectivity and router-related problems.
Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Complete assigned field visits and provide regular updates on work progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, and networking.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to understand and resolve customer queries.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Must have a personal bike and a valid driving licence.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
