Role Summary: Lead and scale retail operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth operations, robust sales and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end operations and P&L; across all retail outlets
Drive sales targets, footfall and customer experience
Manage inventory, stock replenishment and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with drug license, GST and statutory norms
Build, lead and monitor store managers and field teams
Set SOPs, MIS reporting and audit controls
Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred); robust people management, analytical and negotiation skills; knowledge of pharmacy or retail systems and billing software. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
