Job Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fitting and fabrication work, preferably in fan or electrical equipment manufacturing.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of fabrication, marking, cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting, and assembly.
Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Measuring Tape.
Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, and component measurements.
Experience in fitting and assembly of fan components such as housings, brackets, frames, and other fabricated parts.
Basic welding knowledge (MIG/ARC) will be an added advantage.
Ability to maintain quality standards and follow workshop safety practices.
