Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing skilled to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, conversions, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
Manage email campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open rates and click-through rates.
Segment email lists and implement personalized email campaigns.
Manage email automation, drip campaigns, and customer journeys.
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.




Maintain email databases and ensure data quality and compliance with email marketing regulations.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
Work with design, content, sales, and digital marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Manage email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
Prepare campaign reports and recommend improvements based on performance data.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in email marketing and campaign management.
Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Robust written communication and copywriting skills.
Understanding of email deliverability, spam compliance, and database management.
Proficiency in email marketing tools and analytics.
Analytical mindset with a focus on improving campaign performance.

Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant email marketing experience.
