– Industrial Engineer (IE)

Responsibilities
Conduct time and motion studies for stitching, stuffing, assembly, and finishing.
Set production targets and calculate production time, capacity, and cost for recent toy designs.
Improve production methods, line efficiency, and manpower utilization.
Prepare operation bulletins (OB), line layouts, and material consumption reports.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Sampling, HR, and Quality teams.
Plan manpower, line loading, and production schedules according to delivery priorities.
Monitor operator performance, machine utilization, and daily production output.
Reduce material wastage, idle time, rework, and manufacturing costs.
Conduct production audits and ensure standard methods are followed.




Support worker training and guide IE team members.
Introduce process improvements to maintain quality and meet delivery deadlines.

Authorities & Accountability
Plan manpower allocation and production-line loading.
Improve productivity, efficiency, and machine utilization.
Maintain IE records and achieve production targets.
Reduce costs and ensure timely delivery with consistent quality.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
Experience in garment, textile, or soft toy manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of time study, line balancing, capacity planning, and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
