We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; an HR-related qualification is preferred.
Freshers and candidates with prior recruitment experience may apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Familiarity with MS Excel, email, and other basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
