We are looking for an analytical and proactive Industrial Engineer to improve production efficiency, optimize manufacturing processes, and support manpower and productivity planning at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
Study existing production processes and identify improvement prospects.
Conduct basic time and motion studies.
Assist in manpower planning and resource utilization.
Analyze production data and productivity using MS Excel.
Support process improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
Coordinate with production teams to improve workflow and reduce process delays.
Apply fabrication process knowledge to support production planning and optimization.
Monitor productivity and assist in preparing performance reports.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of time and motion study.
Knowledge of fabrication processes.
Manpower planning and productivity analysis.
Valuable MS Excel and data-handling skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
1–2 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience.
Candidates with exposure to fabrication and production processes are preferred.
