Job Responsibilities
Manage daily floor operations and supervise sales staff.
Ensure proper product displays, pricing, and shelf replenishment.
Monitor stock availability, expiry dates, and product rotation.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize product wastage.
Guide employees to achieve daily sales targets.
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and merchandising standards.
Assist customers and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and customer service.
Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock requirements and sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
