Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of desktop computers and laptops.
Installation and configuration of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems and our organization's usable software.
Troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Basic WAN,LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
Basic CAT6 cable wiring & knowledge of RJ45 jack Kripping.
Assisting with IT equipment installation and maintenance at Kolkata stores and the Regional Office.
Coordinating with the IT team for technical issues and escalations.
Maintaining records of IT assets and reporting technical issues.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to stores and provide in office technical support
