Sterling Hospitals is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and ambitious HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team at our Gurukul unit. This role offers hands-on experience across core HR functions, with a primary focus on Recruitment, HR Operations, Personnel File Management, and Talent Management Initiatives (including Training & Development).

. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support full-cycle recruitment efforts for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative roles.
Screen resumes, schedule candidate interviews, and coordinate candidate communication.
Assist in conducting onboarding, orientation, and joining formalities for current hires.
HR Operations & Personnel File Management
Maintain and update physical and digital employee personnel files in full compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
Assist with routine HR operational tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and ID card generation.
Support the HR team in addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Talent Management & Development
Assist in planning, organizing,



and coordinating training and development sessions for staff across departments.
Maintain training logs, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms for audit and compliance purposes.
Support execution of employee engagement activities and talent management initiatives.

Desired Profile:
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/relevant experience are welcome).
HR Fundamentals: Solid theoretical understanding of core HR concepts, labor laws, recruitment workflows, and personnel management.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati (spoken) and English (spoken and written) is required for effective communication with local staff and candidates.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
