About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The role will involve managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment support, and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:
Manage daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, regularisations, and absenteeism through the HRMS.
Coordinate with employees and reporting managers on attendance and HR-related concerns.
Support onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and employee exits.
Ensure HR policies and processes are effectively communicated and followed.

Payroll & Compliance:
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
Maintain employee documentation related to PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in resolving employee salary and payroll-related queries.





Recruitment:
Support end-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen profiles, conduct initial discussions, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in HR operations/generalist HR.
Positive understanding of attendance, payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Solid follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
