Job Responsibilities:
Handle and manage the sales team on the store floor.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Must have valuable knowledge of gold, diamond jewellery, and jewellery sales.
Guide the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper display and maintenance of jewellery products.
Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the store team.
Maintain discipline and follow store policies.
Requirements:
Graduate or 12th pass.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail.
Positive knowledge of gold, diamond jewellery, and sales.
Solid team-handling and communication skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations.
