Oversee day-to-day Emergency Department operations and ensure 247 readiness.
Coordinate triage, patient assessment, stabilization, and timely treatment.
Ensure availability of emergency equipment, medicines, consumables, and adequate staffing.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, ICU, OT, diagnostics, and other departments for seamless patient care.
Monitor patient flow, waiting time, admissions, referrals, and emergency response.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, patient safety, and NABH standards.
Manage duty rosters, staff performance, and emergency response training.
Maintain emergency MIS, documentation, incident reports, and performance dashboards.
