We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Associate to handle digital marketing activities for our clients. The role involves direct client interaction, understanding their requirements, planning and executing digital marketing activities, and ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

· Communicate directly with clients to understand their digital marketing requirements and expectations.

· Maintain regular, skilled client communication with smooth coordination and timely follow-ups.

· Plan, create, and manage social media content for clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

· Prepare monthly content calendars and coordinate client approvals.

· Suggest creative content ideas and improvements to clients’ digital presence.

· Handle client feedback, revisions, and requests promptly.

· Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of digital marketing activities.

· Monitor social media performance and prepare periodic reports.





· Support digital marketing campaigns and other promotional activities as required.

· Work closely with the Lead – Digital Marketing to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

· Positive written and verbal English communication skills.

· Confidence in interacting directly with clients and understanding requirements.

· Valuable knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.

· Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.

· Good content writing, planning, and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Proactive, responsible, creative, and solution-oriented approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
