Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and workflow.
Supervise laboratory technicians and other staff.
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of laboratory investigations.
Maintain quality control, calibration, and laboratory records.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, laboratory protocols, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
Monitor laboratory equipment, reagents, inventory, and maintenance.
Ensure proper sample collection, processing, storage, and disposal.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or relevant qualification.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Prior experience in a supervisory or laboratory management role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance, laboratory safety, and documentation.
Preferred Candidate: A responsible, detail-oriented qualified with robust leadership and team management skills.
