Manage HR operations including attendance, employee queries, recruitment coordination, onboarding, reimbursements, and payroll support
Key Responsibilities The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including:
Managing employee attendance and leave balances using Excel.
Handling Level 1 employee queries and grievances.
Maintaining and updating HR records and MIS.
Knowledge in Sourcing and Recruitment activities and coordinating the hiring process.
Managing employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Processing employee reimbursements and ensuring timely closure.
Providing accurate inputs and support for monthly payroll processing.
Coordinating with employees and internal stakeholders on HR operational matters.
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Experience in handling employee queries and grievances.
Good understanding of attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
Experience in a manufacturing workplace would be an advantage.
