We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Government Tender & GeM Bidding Executive to identify government tender opportunities, handle GeM portal bidding, visit government offices, and coordinate with government departments to generate business opportunities and secure orders.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of government tender procedures, GeM portal operations, tender documentation, and field-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and track government tenders through the GeM portal and other government e-tendering websites.
Visit government offices, departments, and institutions to identify business opportunities and understand their purchase requirements.
Handle end-to-end tender processes, including document preparation, bid submission, and follow-up.
Register and maintain seller details, product listings, and other relevant information on the GeM portal.
Prepare quotations, technical bids, commercial bids, and other tender-related documents.
Coordinate with government officials, purchase departments, and procurement teams regarding tender requirements and order status.
Follow up on submitted bids, tender results, purchase orders, and payment status.
Coordinate with internal sales, accounts, and technical teams for pricing, product specifications,



and required documents.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, upcoming opportunities, bid status, and order updates.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with the required terms, conditions, and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Any degree or diploma in a relevant field.
Experience in government tendering, GeM bidding, or e-procurement will be preferred.
Knowledge of government tender portals and tender documentation.
Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel and visit government offices as required.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet submission deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in industrial products, safety equipment, PPE, or B2G (Business-to-Government) sales will be preferred.
Candidates with an existing understanding of government procurement procedures are encouraged to apply.
Candidates based in Coimbatore or nearby areas are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
