Küche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Jr. PPC Engineer to support the Production Planning &
Control department in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. The role is critical for ensuring accurate material planning, production scheduling, and timely order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment.

Role &
Responsibilities
Prepare and verify BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per approved drawings and customer orders.
Prepare daily and weekly production plans and schedules.
Calculate material requirements and coordinate with Purchase and Stores for material availability.
Track production progress, work-in-progress (WIP), and pending orders.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, QC, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Monitor production targets and ensure timely order completion.
Identify material shortages and production delays and report them to the reporting manager.
Maintain production reports, material planning sheets, and order tracking MIS in Excel/ERP.
Monitor material consumption and wastage.
Support process improvement and reduction of production delays.

Skills &
Qualifications

Must-Have




Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
Basic knowledge of BOM, BOQ, MRP, and production planning.
Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong coordination, analytical, and follow-up skills.

Preferred
Knowledge of sheet metal or stainless steel manufacturing.
Candidates from Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Dombivli, Thane, and nearby areas preferred.
