Education
BSC/Diploma or equivalent required.
Associated degrees or coursework in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience
Prior experience in a laboratory, industrial, or healthcare setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
Familiarity with laboratory dishwashers or industrial washing equipment is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills
Basic understanding of common laboratory chemicals and their hazard classifications.
Ability to read and interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Knowledge of chemical waste segregation and disposal practices.
Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial training.
Positive organizational and time management skills.

Working Condition
Laboratory workplace with regular exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents, and laboratory equipment.
Use of PPE (gloves, lab coat, safety glasses) is mandatory throughout the shift.
May require flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or rotating shifts depending on lab operations.Role & responsibilities
