Job Summary

Dairy Craft India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Officer (Counsellor) to manage employee counselling, worker grievances, attendance, discipline, and employee engagement at its dairy/manufacturing facility in Baheri.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel employees and workers regarding workplace issues, personal concerns affecting performance, and skilled challenges.
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, punctuality, and workplace discipline.
Conduct employee induction, joining formalities, and orientation.
Conduct regular employee interactions to understand concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.
Coordinate with department heads to resolve employee-related issues.
Maintain employee records, counselling reports, and HR documentation.
Communicate company policies, rules, and procedures to employees.

Required Skills




Graduate in any discipline; HR, Psychology, or Counselling qualifications will be preferred.
Experience in HR, employee counselling, or employee relations is preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing, dairy, or food-processing unit will be an added advantage.
Dairy Craft India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for its locations in Bahadurgarh, Uttar Pradesh/Baheri, Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
