Hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers for AR Follow-Up, Calling and Backend Process roles at our Noida & Gurugram location. Candidates with positive communication skills and a willingness to work in a fixed night shift are encouraged to apply.

Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients or relevant stakeholders for account receivable (AR) follow-ups.
Follow up on pending payments, outstanding balances and overdue accounts.
Communicate professionally to understand payment status and resolve basic payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and payment updates in the system.
Perform backend activities, including data entry, documentation and updating customer/account information.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet daily productivity, quality and process targets.
Follow company policies, process guidelines and data confidentiality requirements.
Review claim and account information to identify pending or unpaid claims.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate Freshers are eligible to apply.




B.E./B.Tech candidates are NOT eligible.
Good verbal communication skills are required.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the Noida or Gurugram office during fixed night shifts.
Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a process-driven B2B environment.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
