Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll

Location: Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Payroll Processing

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of salary structures, CTC components, and salary calculations
Advanced or positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, and data management.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, and other applicable payroll compliances.
Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet payroll deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end monthly salary processing and payroll management.
Prepare and verify salary sheets, attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Calculate and validate CTC components, including Basic Salary, HRA, allowances, deductions, and other salary components.
Handle payroll-related statutory deductions and compliance, including PF, ESIC, TDS, and Skilled Tax, as applicable.
Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations, and salary validation using MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
