Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Technical & Process Operations
Assist in monitoring chemical processes and terminal operations
Support process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
Participate in commissioning, trials, and scale-up of chemical processes
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and batch records
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Support implementation of Quality Management Systems (ISO/GMP/REACH as applicable)
Assist in quality checks, audits, and regulatory documentation
Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines, safety protocols, and statutory norms
Production & Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance
Track downtime, analyze root causes, and support corrective actions
Assist in production planning and inventory control
Cross-Functional Exposure
Work with supply chain, procurement, R&D;, and marketing teams
Support vendor evaluation, raw material sourcing, and logistics coordination
Contribute to customer technical support and documentation
Reporting & Improvement Projects
Prepare MIS reports on quality, safety, and efficiency




Participate in Continuous Improvement projects
