About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
Assist in preparing and processing invoices, bills, payment requests, and receipts.
Record financial transactions and maintain accurate entries in accounting software.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
Support the preparation of financial statements, expense reports, and monthly reports.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation and filings.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions for audit purposes.
Track expenses, verify bills, and assist with payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoices and payments.




Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
0–1 year of experience in accounting or finance. Freshers with a robust accounting foundation may apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST, and TDS.
Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
Knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll is an added advantage.
Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
Familiarity with GST invoicing and statutory documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.
Positive time management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
