Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Solutioning to design and develop learning, skilling, and capacity-building solutions for government and public sector projects. The candidate should have expertise in solution design, proposal development, government RFPs/EOIs, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Design learning and skilling solutions for government projects.
Develop proposals and respond to government RFPs and EOIs.
Engage with government bodies, ministries, Sector Skill Councils, and regulatory institutions.
Develop solutions across school education, higher education, technical education, and vocational skilling.
Integrate AI, GenAI, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies into learning solutions.
Collaborate with presales, business development, instructional design, and delivery teams.
Prepare solution presentations and pitch decks for government stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience in L&D;, solutioning,



or presales.
Experience in government/public sector skilling projects is preferred.
Robust expertise in proposal development and RFP/EOI management.
Knowledge of NEP 2020, NCVET, NCrF, SSCs, AICTE, and UGC frameworks.
Understanding of technical education, higher education, and vocational skilling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of instructional design and learning architecture is an advantage.
