Job Title:- HR Executive

Location:- Perumbavoor, Kerala

Qualification:- MBA in Human Resources (HR)

Experience:- 2 years

Salary:- ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Industry:- Poultry Industry

Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment for office, farm, hatchery, production, and operational staff.
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate screening, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, overtime, and statutory deductions.
Handle employee grievances, discipline, and workplace issues.
Monitor manpower requirements across different operational locations.
Coordinate employee joining formalities, induction, training, and exit procedures.
Support statutory compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
Maintain HR documentation, employment records, and personnel files.




Coordinate with department heads to address staffing requirements and improve employee retention.
Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace safety procedures, and HR practices.

Requirements:-
MBA in HR is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
Experience in manufacturing, food processing, poultry, or other operational industries will be an advantage.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and labour compliance.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate with employees across different departments and operational locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
