Position Overview: We are hiring a detail-driven Mid-Level Graphic Designer to focus on adapting event visuals and ensuring flawless print file preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Print Preparation: Format and pre-flight accurate, print-ready files for large-format event collateral (backdrops, standees, signage).
Asset Adaptation: Scale and roll out pre-approved key visuals across all event deliverables.
AI Integration: Leverage AI design tools to expedite asset generation and routine design tasks.
Quality Control: Ensure all artwork strictly adheres to technical print specifications and vendor guidelines.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of graphic design experience in the events or exhibitions industry.
Expert proficiency in CorelDRAW , Adobe Illustrator , and Adobe Photoshop .
Practical experience utilizing AI design tools .
Robust technical mastery of large-format print preparation (CMYK, bleeds, scaling, resolution).
