Responsibilities
Lead enterprise software implementations and ensure successful customer delivery.
Coordinate with customers, product, and engineering teams.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and technical dependencies.
Create standardised implementation processes and tools.
Support pre-sales discovery and solution planning.
Identify improvements to deployment processes and product capabilities.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
Experience managing complex enterprise software deployments.
Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday.
Robust project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to standardise workflows and work independently in rapid-paced environments.
Interest in AI and enterprise automation.
