We are seeking an experienced Inventory Accountant to manage inventory reconciliation, stock valuation, cost control, and inventory-related accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile physical inventory with ERP/WMS and QuickBooks.
Manage inventory valuation, adjustments, and stock transfers.
Monitor purchase orders, receiving, and inventory costs.
Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
Prepare inventory and cost reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of inventory accounting experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP systems, and Excel.
Solid knowledge of inventory control, COGS, and reconciliation.
Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
