We are looking for a proactive, curious and high-energy generalist to work closely with the Founder's Office across research, sales, vendor sourcing, merchandising, marketing, e-commerce and business operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to business decisions, client management and current business development.

Key Responsibilities
Business Research: Research new business verticals, machinery, markets, competitors and potential clients.
Sales & Business Development: Identify leads, attend client meetings, build relationships and explore growth opportunities.
Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, negotiate with and onboard vendors through research and field visits.
Merchandising & Product Development: Support sampling, sourcing, costing, coordination and order follow-ups.
Marketing & E-commerce:



Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams, track campaigns and marketplace performance, and report results.
Operations: Drive cross-functional projects, coordinate with teams and ensure timely execution.

What We're Looking For
Robust research, analytical, communication and coordination skills.
Proactive, curious and eager to ask questions and learn.
Comfortable with client meetings, field visits and independent decision-making.
Interested in marketing, e-commerce, sales and business operations.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
