We are hiring a Founder's Office Associate for one of our clients, a well-established family business in apparel that has been running successfully for over 45 years from Chandpole, Jaipur.
You will work directly with the owner on day-to-day operations and growth. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn first-hand how a real business is run: sales, operations, people, inventory and customers.
What you will do
Work closely with the owner on daily priorities, follow-ups and special projects
Track key business numbers (sales, stock, collections) and help improve them
Coordinate with managers and staff to get things done on the ground
Help set up easy systems: reporting, SOPs and reviews
Own growth initiatives as assigned
Who should apply
Someone eager to learn how to run a business, with high ownership and a hands-on attitude
Good communication in Hindi and English
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Based in Jaipur and comfortable working in office at Chandpole
