Inside Sales Executive – IT Services

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive – IT Services to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert business prospects through calls and online communication. The role involves promoting IT solutions such as website development, software development, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing services to businesses and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include
Contact potential clients through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Identify businesses that require IT solutions, website development, or digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and explain suitable service offerings.
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and purchase interest.
Schedule meetings and sales discussions with interested prospects.
Follow up consistently to move prospects toward conversion.
Handle initial objections, maintain CRM records, and update lead status.
Work toward daily outreach targets and monthly sales goals.

Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales,



IT sales, or business development preferred.
