Job Responsibilities
Communicate politely and professionally with hotel guests.
Possess basic knowledge of washing, ironing and pressing techniques.
Identify different types of garments and understand suitable washing and dry-cleaning methods.
Handle guest garments carefully, ensuring proper tagging, quality checks and timely delivery.
Understand basic billing procedures; training will be provided if required.
Candidate Requirements
Internship in a 4-star/5-star hotel, guest laundry or premium laundry service preferred.
Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
Knowledge of garment care, washing and pressing.
Customer-focused attitude, attention to detail and professional grooming.
