Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
Handle multiple open positions and ensure timely closures by following up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in recruitment with a medical device or pharmaceutical company is preferred.
Must be rapid-paced, proactive, and capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
Positive sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills are essential.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
