Triple Dot AI Technologies is a technology-driven company focused on AI solutions, software development, automation, digital services, and skill development. We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations while supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, college networks, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle onboarding, employee documentation, offer letters, and appointment letters.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR databases.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Support employee engagement, performance tracking, and internal communication.




Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
Prepare recruitment updates and periodic HR reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in HR or recruitment is preferred; freshers with robust communication and organizational skills may also apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently during the initial work-from-home period.

Work Arrangement
First 2 months: Work from Home.
From January 2027: Work from Office at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Candidates must be willing to transition to the on-site work arrangement.
