Spectral Consultants is hiring | Fund Accounting (Private Equity)-Senior/DM/Manager for one of the leading global accounting and advisory firms.

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Experience: 4 years to 10 Years

We are considering candidates across the following experience levels:
Senior: 4+ years
Deputy Manager: 6+ years
Manager: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Private Equity fund accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Review NAV calculations, fund valuations, financial statements, and investor reporting
Ensure accurate accounting of fund transactions, income, expenses, and investor allocations
Review audit schedules and financial reporting in line with US GAAP
Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and maintain service quality.Lead,



mentor, and develop team members while ensuring productivity and accuracy
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
4 to 8+ years years of experience in Fund Accounting (Private Equity).
CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Robust knowledge of PE fund structures, NAV, and investor reporting.
Experience in team management, client servicing, and review of deliverables.
Positive understanding of US GAAP and fund accounting systems.
Solid analytical and Excel skills.
