Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a

Freelance Batch Owner – Tamil (Commerce)

. The mentor will provide one-on-one guidance and support to students and achieve their learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one guidance and academic support to students in Accounting and Commerce.
Set learning goals and help students achieve their learning objectives.
Provide constructive feedback on student progress and performance.
Motivate students and support them throughout their learning journey.
Monitor student progress and report any concerns to management.
Maintain effective communication with students and collaborate with the team to ensure a positive learning experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
Solid subject knowledge in

Accounting and Commerce.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Tamil
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to understand students' needs and work collaboratively.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting student development.
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
Immediate joining is required.
