Job Title : HRBP (Retail).

Travel-Required Role: Must be willing to travel to multiple FirstCry stores across Delhi and nearby areas.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure compliance.
Work effectively in a fast-paced workplace, multitask, and prioritize multiple demands.
Create hiring plans and drive the team to execute them.
Manage contractual workforce and unions, particularly in high-volume environments.
Maintain sound knowledge of labour laws, including Shop Act, CLRA, Factory Act, Qualified Tax, and ESIC.
Handle labour cases and employee grievances.
Work with MS Office, Excel, HRIS systems, reports, and dashboards.
Prepare MIS reports, analyze attrition trends, conduct exit interviews, and maintain dashboards as per business requirements.
Handle HR documentation, interviews, exit interviews,



PIP discussions, and warning letters.
Drive employee engagement activities across regions.
Manage administrative requirements for FirstCry stores.
Conduct regular store visits and provide orientation and training to store employees.
Ensure discipline and decorum across stores.
Maintain close coordination with Operations Managers for day-to-day activities.

Education & Experience
Graduate in HR or a related discipline.
4 to 6 years of experience in Retail Industry only.
