GOAT Robotics Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist to join our growing team in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
Attendance, leave and monthly payroll processing
PF, ESI and other statutory HR compliance
Employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HRMS/ERP data
HR policy implementation and amendments
Employee engagement and grievance coordination
HR MIS and management reporting
Employee asset allocation and tracking
Support HR audits, documentation and process compliance
What we’re looking for
Candidates should have 3 years of relevant HR experience, strong knowledge of payroll, attendance and statutory compliance, and good Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills. Experience with GreytHR and/or Odoo will be an added advantage.
