This 45-intensive program is meticulously structured to provide deep, hands-on experience across core human resources functions, talent acquisition pipelines and employer branding initiatives.

Detailed Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening- Source prospective candidates across multiple channels, revie resumes and conduct initial telephone or virtual screenings.
Employer Branding & JD Crafting-Draft, refine and publish compelling job descriptions tailored for active tech and operational roles
Interview Coordination- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, synchronize and ensure smooth candidate communication.




HR Record Management-Maintain organized applicant tracking database ,update candidate statuses and compile weekly recruitment metrics.

Learning Outcomes & Skill Development
Master end-to-end Recruitment lifecycle Management strategies from sourcing yo onbotding.
Receive expert guidance on Skilled Resume Building & ATS optimization.

Candidate Eligibility & Expectations
Currently enrolled college students or recent graduates (HR, Business, or related background preferred)
Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills with high interpersonal aptitude.
High intrinsic motivation, eagerness to learn and readiness to adapt to a fast-paces startup culture.
