We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in lead generation, customer coordination, and sales support, preferably in the Fire Alarm, ELV, CCTV, Access Control, or Electronic Security industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Identify potential customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and corporate clients.
Make outbound calls and follow up on sales enquiries and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales and presales teams.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Maintain customer databases, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.




Coordinate with regional sales teams to convert leads into business prospects.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending customer requirements.
Achieve monthly lead generation, calling, and sales support targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; a BBA or MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
14 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or sales coordination.
Experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, ELV, or Electronic Security is preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working with ELV system integrators, fire alarm companies, electronic security companies, or CCTV and surveillance solution providers will be preferred.
