Key Responsibilities
Financial

Reporting &
Month-End Closing
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
Prepare financial statement schedules in compliance with Ind AS and company policies.
Perform General Ledger scrutiny and balance sheet and P&L; reconciliations.
Ensure accurate accounting entries and transaction classification.
Prepare schedules for PPE, CWIP, capital advances, borrowings and other balance sheet items.
Support management reporting and financial analysis.
Accounting &
Compliance
Ensure compliance with Ind AS and internal accounting policies.
Maintain accounting records and audit documentation.
Ensure proper accounting of PPE, leases, capitalisation and project costs.
Audit

Support
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
Respond to audit queries and close audit observations.
Ensure timely submission of audit schedules and supporting documents.
Regulatory

Reporting
Support statutory filings under the Companies Act and other applicable regulations.




Track and reconcile Related Party Transactions (RPTs) and support disclosures.
Support XBRL, DPT-3 and other statutory reporting.

Key Skills &
Competencies
Knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act and financial reporting.
Robust accounting, reconciliation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
SAP preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA).
14 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit or finance.
Experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, EPC or project-based industries preferred.

Preferred Experience
Month-end closing and financial reconciliations.
Preparation of audit schedules.
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
Familiarity with Ind AS, Companies Act compliance and statutory reporting.
